Our 3 Week CGC Evaluation Prep program is designed for dogs who need to first learn basic obedience and then master the ten Canine Good Citizen test items. We start by establishing clear communication, then drill each item in order — accepting a friendly stranger, sitting politely for petting, grooming and handling, loose-lead walking, moving through a crowd, the sit/down/stay, recall, a controlled greeting with another dog, reaction to distractions, and supervised separation. Once the behaviours are reliable we rehearse them in the kind of busy, unpredictable settings an evaluator will use, so test day is just another repetition. The program also includes our Lifetime Support guarantee — if a skill slips once your pup is home, we will train you through it, completely free of charge.
